While exploring her workshop, Rae starts to wonder: how did cars grow from a simple wheel? How did flat pieces of metal turn into airplanes, and wooden boards become great big ships? And what about trips to the Moon?
Now, Rae is looking for a friend to join her on an adventure through the most important moments in the history of transportation - ideas that changed the world forever.
Rae’s young companion will be an important part of this journey. Together, they will travel to Mesopotamia to discover how the first wheel was invented. In Ancient Egypt, they’ll learn about the first sailboats, visit Henry Ford’s factory, and maybe even fly all the way to the Moon to explore a lunar rover...
